RATE SHEET AND CONTRACT 2010

Handling fees
$85.00 Class dogs, Specials/BOB dogs 100.00

Show day grooming for coated breeds $10.00 to $20.00
Board per month for showing dogs $300.00 to $450.00
Board per day at shows $10-15.00/day
Show Preparation and Training $15.00-$35.00/day
Show Preparation for non-clients $60.00/day includes board

**Any and all cash prizes money will be retained by the handler unless in excess
of $250.00 in which case it will be divided evenly between handler and owner.**
****Expenses including accommodations and gas will be prorated between dogs
shown at the show****
*All entries are to be paid by owner in advance of shows.
*All dogs’ excess baggage tickets are to be pre-paid prior to flying
*All Canadian/Mexican shows will be billed in US Dollars.
Airport pick-up and delivery **

Breeding fees 10% of stud fee
(Visiting bitches’ board to be paid by stud owner)
Litter evaluations $60.00 at my premises, or Rate +$0.41/mile
Handler / Client Terms and Conditions:
1. Entry fees, veterinary fees, medication, health certificates, and Special diets shall be the responsibility of the client.
2. All phone calls will be collect or billed after show.
3. The handler retains all cash prizes.
4. Client agrees to pay handling fees if dog is pulled after closing, or if entries are missed. Cancellation of show entries must be reported to the handler 5 days before closing in order to allow the handler to fill that spot.
5. Invoices will be issued after each show and an itemized statement will be mailed monthly.
6. In case of ring conflict the handler will make the decision according to seniority and what is best for the dog.
7. All dogs must be currant on all vaccinations and free of parasites.
8.Client agrees not to hold the handler responsible for illness, loss or accidental injury, provided normal precautions have been taken.
9. Breeding charges for females sent in for breeding is $75.00
10. All entries are entered on-line and will incure the charge proposed by the Superintendent.
11. Michelle Paulin will bill the dog’s owner by the last of the month; if payment is not received by two weeks from billing, a 5% late charge will be added to the unpaid balance each month. Expenses will be split evenly between dogs on any show weekend.
12. If a dog is entered and not shown due because of owner‘s reasons, may they be of inconvenience or personal, the regular handling fee will be charged.
13. The handler will be permitted to use her discretion when she has two clients’ dogs for Winners, Group, or Best In Show.
14. All coated dogs will be charged a $20-$50 weekly conditioning fee, enhancing fees $20-$50 weekly, and stripping fees $20-$50.00 weekly. Note all fees are quoted per breed size and prices may vary.
15. In case, handler cannot make the ring, a qualified handler or assistant will take said dog into ring.
16. A retainer of $500.00 is required for any dog’s residing with the handler. This amount is to be removed off of the last billing for said animal.
17. All accounts have a credit limit of $1500.00, once any of this amount is past due it is to our discretion if the dog is shown.
18. All road expenses are pro-rated or $0.37 per mile or are the total of Gas and overnight parking.
19. Any accounts turned over for collection will be charged all court costs, legal fees, and collection fees.
20. All clients’ dogs that reside with me (full-time dogs) always have preferred status at shows over ring-side or part-time clients.
21. A permanent record for each client must be signed and be accompanied by this rate sheet, my contract, and limited power of attorney must be on file with Michelle Paulin-Brown, before she can show your dog, or take possession of your dog.
22. Any invitational show, National, or special arranged shows will be quoted on per individual basis.
23. A $25.00 fee, as well as any other charges incurred will be added to any NSF checks.
